Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and well-being are very important to me. I understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur and adjustments to your schedule are needed. If you need to cancel or rebook your appointment, I respectfully request a 24hrs notice.
A non refundable deposit is required when booking and is added towards the final balance. Please keep in mind that any cancellation made less than 24hrs will result in a fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services. All no shows will result in a 100% cancellation fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate you. However, I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you. A credit card is required to hold your appointment and any associated fees will be charged to your card on file.
